Trainer in Training

Rodrigo Núñez Caicedo, born and raised in Madrid Spain, is a registered nurse and father of three children. He began his professional career in international cooperation and humanitarian aid, mostly linked to the emergency health services. In 2017 he made a career shift to caring for the elderly, meeting Anne Kelly in London.  He became the first person in Spain to obtain the AMI Practitioner Certificate in Montessori for Dementia and Aging, and founded Montessori Senior, a company specialising in the care of Alzheimer's patients and their families in an holistic approach. Montessori Senior has also added to its scope a respite and family living center called La Casita de Inés. Rodrigo continues to advise and train different services and social institutions that want to improve the care of the elderly patient. He is an advocate for what is called in Spain "humanising care".
