The First Dementia and Ageing Workshop in Japan
AMI's only one affiliate society in Japan, Friends of AMI NIPPON is pleased to announce the first AMI Montessori for Dementia and Ageing Workshop will be held in Osaka, Japan next January.
Montessori for Aging and Dementia is an innovative approach to dementia care that can be adopted for individuals or groups as a philosophy of care. The goal of the Montessori program is to support people living with dementia by creating a prepared environment, filled with cues and memory supports, that enables individuals to care for themselves, others, and their community.

January 13th (Sun) Registration starts at 10:00am, Course starts at 10:30am till 5:30pm
January 14th (Mon. National holiday in Japan: Coming of "age 20" Day)
Class starts at 9:00am till 5:30pm
